‘Ramp’ and ‘Ramp ahead’ signs must be used where the cable protector exceeds 15 mm in height, and the ‘Ramp’ signs should be placed adjacent to the cable crossing. The portable traffic lights configure as single pods or grouped into phases and can be used to control different approaches, controlling both vehicle and pedestrian flow. RadioLight® Signals offer a short-term battery life in comparison to our other portable signals, however, this can be enhanced by integrating SRL Solar PLUS® into your RadioLight® signals. To ensure traffic disruption is kept to a minimum, advance warning signs and equipment should be placed ready for use, and portable traffic signals tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. As well as meeting the standard approvals, UltraLight™ is one of the only portable traffic signals on the market to meet the stringent TOPAS 2540A standards. UltraLight™ has a modular system allowing you to use any box with either a pedestrian or traffic post making it easier for you to optimise your fleet seamlessly and adapt to different project needs. Connect the SRL Radio Remote to your RadioLight® signals with the receiver to allow manual operation of signals from a safe distance away from site. Set up RadioLight® signals with pre-programmable automatic shut-off and start-up giving you the flexibility to schedule signals to turn on and off without the need to travel to site each time.

With SiigSense™, the ability to configure each pod as a primary or secondary head significantly improves layout control whilst continuing to enhance high level safety protocols within the SiigSense™ controller. RadioLight® signals come with a key and lock as standard, however, you can upgrade to a T-Bar, Wrap Lock or Box Lock for added peace of mind. Connect two RadioLight® signals together (wirelessly) to work in unison, providing the same signal configuration on the same approach, useful if you need a signal on the left and right side of the road.

Traditional systems often require manual setup, are limited to two-phase operation, and struggle to adapt to fluctuating traffic volumes-leading to congestion, driver frustration, and safety risks. Datum Point is an operational mode using a nominated central point within the site under control and a distance measurement from each stop line. SiigSense™ converts these distances to time and sets red clearance times for each phase. Depending on the next phase to be shown a green, the simple automatic addition of the corresponding times will run the total clearance time. Effective on most multiphase applications, with a mixture of long and short legs.
